It fits true to size while of course allowing room for another layer underneath. If it’s not too cold, you can wear this outside with just a T-Shirt. But when the temperature dips, you’ll need to wear a thermal top, turtleneck or sweater below. There is always room in my closet for a practical jacket or “shell” like this: lightweight and sturdy, it does its job and keeps the wind and rain at bay.
